• University degree: 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠; 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞; 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭; 𝐄𝐇𝐒.
• 8 years of experience in similar functions.
• Strong service delivery skills and results-oriented.
• Good communication.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to dive deep into operational problems.
• Leadership skills: managing conflicts, solving complex problems, and leading subcontractors and activities.
